Flag Football

Campers will learn the fundamentals of throwing, receiving, rushing, and defense through a combination of drills, competitions, and live games.


Dodge, Jump and Play. Gaga is actually quite similar to dodgeball and is certainly an NLDC favorite.  Once they’ve heard “Ga-Ga”, players may hit the ball with the intent of making the ball come into contact with another player’s leg, at the knee or below.  Once the ball comes into contact with anyone at the knee or below, that player is out and must exit the pit.

If you’ve never played GAGA before, don’t worry, our coaches know how to get you playing and having fun straight away.
Games are quick and exciting.

Floor Hockey

Boys learn the basics of handling the puck, passing, playing offense and defense, and shooting.

Fitness/Cross Fit

Our fitness and sport conditioning classes are designed to help young campers perform to their highest athleticism through the development of speed, power, strength, quickness, agility, movement and balance. Campers will set personal short-term goals to reach by the week’s end as well as long-term goals for the future. Action plans will be developed and begin based on the needs of each camper.


Calling all Rugby rookies! This introduction to rugby will show you everything you need to know about this new Olympic sport. Skills including running, kicking, passing, space strategy, teamwork and self-confidence are developed.

Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is one of the fastest growing team sports in the country. Played with a flying disc, it combines elements of soccer, football and basketball, resulting in a fast-paced team sport enjoyed by people around the world. Our program will mix instruction with fun games so you can practice your new skills, improve your hand-eye coordination and athleticism, with the emphasis on Spirit of the Game. The unique flying options of the disc mean that no two throws look alike and the options are limitless!

European Team Handball

This exciting, fast-paced Olympic sport combines the complex ball handling of basketball with the teamwork and passing of soccer. Two teams of seven players each pass and bounce the ball, trying to throw it in the goal of the opposing team.


Our highly trained instructions bring in just the right balance of flexibility, strength and zen. They will focus on exercises that benefit every movement needed to get to the next level. Additionally, we focus on drills that develop critical thinking and reasoning skills and we discuss healthy lifestyle practices that will last a lifetime.
